   With all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
   Returns on promotional items are not eligible.

4. Return Shipping Costs
   If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect shipment or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
   Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refund Processing
   Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it. Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Special Circumstances
   Discounted Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
   Gifts: If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift refund, not a refund to the original payer.
